Could be anything: This could be almost anything.  Need to know more details about it's appearance, texture, borders, medications etc and any associated conditions.  In short you need to see a doctor if you want a decent chance for an accurate diagnosis.

Possibly: Your glasses may be tooo tight and an adjustment by an optician may get rid of the problem.  If you are truly allergic to the plastic, coating it with lear nailpolish is a temporary solution.

Ear rash : It can be several things .  If its on the skin behind your ears it could be eczema.  Trying some 1 % Hydrocortisone cream on the rash can sometimes help .  Also moisturize with petroleum jelly can help.  If it worsens then see your doctor.

Hard to tell: This may be from a contact allergy to hair preparations used.  Suggest you try a hydrocortisone cream (as long as the fluid from the oozing is clear). In the meanwhile, switch to Free and Clear shampoo.   If problem persists, see dermatologist.

Rashes: It's almost impossible to diagnose rashes, accurately, without seeing them. However, since it is itchy, it is more than likely allergic. Whether it from skin contact or something he ate is difficult to tell. It could also be insect bites. If he's had his immunization, then it's probably chicken pox. Otherwise, it needs to be seen.

Try: I would try selsun blue or selenium sulfide head and shoulders. Provided no new exposures or new products you could have seborrhea of the scalp. An exam in 1 week would be recommended by your doctor

Perioral dermatitis: Perioral dermatitis vs Ezcema. Excema would be treated with moisturizer and topical steroids, for perioral dermatitis, these are not helpful and would worsen the condition. Sounds most like perioral dermatitis. Things to try: reduce products, they clog and worsen the condition. Regularly cleanse. Try to touch your face less often. If no better, see a Dermatologist, or a doctor with expertise.

History including age of the patient and previous medical problems as well as other findings including throat, tongue and fingernails are important to determine the cause.
