Insect bites?: I would put insect bites at the top of my list.  An OTC antihistamine cream will help.  If they are bites, they will go away over the next several days.

Dyshydrotic eczema: This is a type of eczema that is due to frequent washing and water contact. Try washing dishes with gloves on. Apply a moisturizer after each washing. Keep your hands covered overnight after you apply vaseline with cotton gloves and stay away from water as much as possible. Don't use harsh soap or antibacterial gel.

Mgt: I would advise an oatmeal bath preparation eg Aveeno, to remove any potential irritants such as poison ivy. For itching please provide one dose of Claritin (loratadine) as an anti histamine. She should see her pediatrician soon.

Pimple at age 60: pimples can happen in older people and not only teenagers. the causes can differ however as there are many things going on in the body at any particular age for a pimple to erupt. you may of course try over the counter acne treatments but the best thing to do would be to see your dermatologist to find out the cause of your sudden breakout.
