Depends on the cause: There are many things that could cause the skin to itch.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Red spots: Red spots could mean anything. It could be bleeding under the skin. It could be cherry nevus. The best thing to do is to see your doctor or a dermatologist to determine which one it is.

Blotches on abdomen: Any trauma?  Fever?  May be from infection, liver dysfunction, autoimmune, allergy, possibly a variant of  telangectasias Would follow up today with urgent care/ ER and get blood count, metabolic profile including liver tests and sedimentation rate

? Nickel dermatitis: Many possibilities but common is a nickel dermatitis from the button on your jeans.  I would apply otc Hydrocortisone 3x daily (rx works better if you go to a dermatologist) and avoid wearing any pants with buttons.  If it goes away and you want to wear jeans again, you will need to apply 3 coats of clear nail polish before you wear them every time.  Please get checked if not resolved.
