Also an OTC allergy pill and moisturizers. Low back issues can cause leg problems like pain, tingling and numbness but not usually itching. Circulation problems could also be a cause of the itching.

Skin lesions present: If you do not have any skin lesions present you may just have dry skin on your legs. This is very common especially in the winter. Do not use any type of soap on your legs. Before you go to bed apply a moisturizer that is a cream or an ointmentand in the morning apply a lotion. Keep your showers short and don't use hot water. Never shower more than once a day and if possible skip a day.
