Your symptoms are: highly atypical for a unifying diagnosis. Therefore it is impossible to provide a diagnosis over the internet. You need to be examined and perhaps have blood work performed to sort this out. Go to a health care provider for an evaluation.

See your doctor: The symptoms you are describing could be a number of things but chest pain is one that needs further attention and evaluation by a doctor.  An 'itchy feeling' with pain on only one side of the chest could be the initial symptoms of shingles(herpes zoster), and a red vesicular(pimple like)rash may or may not follow shortly.  It is however impossible to be certain without going to see your doctor.

SEE A DOCTOR: If you can' t figure it out by inspecting the area then have your doctor examine you. Any rash you can see or skin abnormality? Wait couple days  may be developing shingles.

Possible yeast: Sometimes yeast on the outside of the vulva can cause itching.  Sometimes there could be some exczema.  You could try some over the counter anti-fungal cream, or you could also try some 1% Hydrocortisone just on that one spot.  Don't do both at the same time, otherwise you won't know what caused the itch :-).

An exam by a primary care doctor can be helpful. The stomach itself and the spleen are in the left upper abdomen. Discomfort in the right upper abdomen, plus symptoms that occur after meals, may be due to liver, gall bladder, or gallstone disease.
