Hypersensitive skin: This could represent dermographism, where you can cause welts on your skin with pressure, like writing. Physical urticaria, or hives, also possible. I usually have someone try an oral anti-histamine for this problem.

For such an itchy rash, sometimes using a few days of over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream will help the irritated skin get back to normal. A mole in that location would itch too, but should also return to normal. Otherwise, one can get a primary doctor's or dermatologist's exam.

Probably unrelated: You may possibly have contracted scabies from the contact but there are also other potential causes unrelated to the sexual contact.   See a doctor if this has been presented for more than 3 days or been getting worse.

Itching skin: Without rash more than likely from dry skin especially due to weather and using warm/ hot water for washing and baths. Use skin cleansers for baths and apply any moisturizing lotion or cream to affected areas. Take oral histamines if itching really bad. May use otc Hydrocortisone cream or any topical itch cream available if needed. Consult w your physician if you have other signs and symptoms !
