Demodex: Nearly everyone carries demodex, but it does not cause any issues.  For your hair loss (including eyelashes), you should see a dermatologist.

Many possibilities: Those are very common and nonspecific symptoms. A viral infection can do it, as can stress, various medications, and certain medical conditions. A good evaluation, including blood testing, by a physician will narrow down the possibilities.

Dermatologist: A dermatologist can tell by examining you whether your hair loss is apt to be temporary or permanent. At the same time appropriate tests will be ordered to look for medical problems which cause hair loss, such as thyroid disorders. The scalp dermatitis will also be evaluated and treated.

See your doc: If you hair is actually breaking off, that may be a sign of a fungal infection.  You should be evaluated in person for testing and treatment.  Hope this helps!

Hair loss: By far the most common cause of hair loss in men is androgenetic alopecia, also referred to as “male pattern” or “common” baldness. It is caused by the effects of the male hormone dihydrotestosterone (dht) on genetically susceptible scalp hair follicles. Other causes include medications, systemic disease as in lupus and thyroid disease.

Hair loss: You may have a fungus of the scalp  but you could have idiopathic alopecia. You have to be seen by your doctor to determine your problem. We can only speculate what you might have  because we cant see the actual problem

Alopecia: There is a condition called alopecia which causes the hair to fall out.  This is different from male pattern baldness which is genetic and not a disorder.  A dermatologist can tell you if you have alopecia (an autoimmune disorder) and treat it w/medication.  Peace and good health.

Blepharitis: Try cleaning your lashes daily in she shower with a wash cloth using side to side motion for about 10 seconds.  This should become a routine and will prevent matter from building up on your lashes and the discomfort that often accompanies that.
