URTI with urticaria: It appears that you have an infectious process (probably viral) but it could be due other organisms. Some of these infections do lead to urticaria (which is probably causing the rash on your body). You need to see a physician

A few options: Might be a local allergic reaction--jewelry, something in pocket of shirt, etc.--or from an insect bite(-s)--or early shingles / zoster. Should see your dr or urgent care dr to have it checked.

Many possibilities: People with gluten sensitivity (Celiac disease) may have abdominal pain and blisters.  However if your skin rash is painful, we need to consider other potential causes as well.  Have you consulted a skin disease specialist? If not, it is time to do so.

Yes.: Yes, in fact that's the most common way it starts.  Shingles is almost always on only one side of the body, often in a "stripe" like pattern.  The lesion go from flat reddish, to clear blisters, to cloudy blisters, to open blisters, to crusted lesions.  Early treatment with a type of antiviral drug can reduce the risk of chronic pain afterward (post-herpetic neuralgia).  See doctor soon.

So you got scammed: Learn from it and throw away this useless product. See a dermatologist. Meanwhile you can use hydrocortisone. How long since the burn? What kind of scar? How large? You will not find effective scar treatments on your own.
