Smegma irritation: Build up of smegma indicates poor penile hygiene. Combination of smegma &amp; sweat or urine is very irritation to delicate inner foreskin. Suggest you retract foreskin &amp; wash penile glans &amp; inner foreskin once or twice a day with bland soap. That will take take care of your problem. Otherwise you can always get a circumcision &amp; penis will self clean when you shower or from rubbing against underpants.

Because of foreskin: Rate of production varies from man to man. Will be more if u have rapid turnover of surface skin cells ;/or produce more sebaceous material than others or sweat a lot. Just retract forekin every time you urinate ; when u shower ; wash penis twice a day if necessary.

Yeast: Most likely a yeast infection, even if you have no discharge, but there are other possible causes, so see your doctor for an exam & cultures (if needed). And make sure your bf gets treated as well; otherwise he will just pass it back to you after you get rid of it.

It could just be: Penile irritation or dermatitis  from sexual activity. See your dr regarding your chest pain to be sure it's not heart related. It could just be musculoskeletal or pleurisy/ inflamed linings of lung. Cut down on smoking or better yet, quit! have fun & best wishes!

Penis fungus: It may be candida or  another fungal infection its probably more prevalent in uncircumcized  or those with diabetes or just increase in groin moisture but it may itch or burn be red or have a thind  discharge  see a doctor or urologist.

Probably not serious: The large majority of skin problems involving the genital area are not STDs or any other serious problem. If the problem continues see a doctor, ideally a dermatologist; probably there is an easy treatment. But best to not try to treat it yourself, i.e. no creams, ointments, etc without a doctor's advice, which would likely interfere with diagnosis when examined. Good luck!
