help my itching hands recently, (in past wk.) i have developed severly itchy hands. the area that itches is between the thumb and first finger, in the web area, and in the meat of the thumb on the palm side. i have tried soaking them in epsom salt, hydro.

You : You may be dealing with a fungal infection. Try an over the counter anti-fungal cream like clotrimazole; you can apply the cream twice a day for a week. If you do not notice an improvement then it may just be a dermatitis and you may need a stronger steroid cream. At this point you would need to be evaluated by your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Hand rash: It can be eczema or contact allergy, or related to sweating, you need to see a doctor to examine it and give you a proper diagnosis.

i have a small burn from oven rack on my finger, about 3/4 in long and not wide, 4th day still itches no pain but swollen is it infected?

Burn: Itchy and non painful is unlikely to be infected. Watch for redness that travels and any drainage particularly with an odour. Apply topical antibiotic ointment. All the best and if doubts; have it seen.

Vaginitis...: Most likely an infection. Hands (fingers) and mouths are not very "clean" even in the best of circumstances. Seek medical care.

Likely shingles : This could likely be shingles or herpes zoster. There could be infection or cellulitis of the fingers as well. It is difficult to comment without seeing a picture. Please see your doctor for an examination

what does a brown recluse spider bite look like i have a bite on index finger and the skin is coming off. it burns and itches, has little ant bite type bumps

A : A brown recluse bite can have different appearances. There can be almost no signs of the bite or there can be a dark escar (scab) with surrounding white tissue (that is dead). In some cases the brown recluse's bite can be necrotoxic and cause very severe damage. It can large amounts of skin to die and can eat into the muscle as well. This type of reaction is usually associated with fever, muscle and joint pain and feeling very ill.  I can not diagnose the cause of your symptoms. Brown recluses are actually very little and non-descript looking.  If your skin is sloughing off your finger - do recommend that this be medically evaluated.

got stung by a bee seven days ago remove the stinger no symptoms at 11 the typical burning sharp pain sensation. seven days later i have some swelling on my finger at the side of the sting plus a lot of itching. took some benadryl to relieve the itch?

: It is quite unusual if the current finger's symptoms are related to the bee sting one week ago. Per my knowledge, there is no such delayed allergic reaction. You can apply local ice pack for swelling and itching in the next 24 hours. If symptoms get worse, you can see your doctor.

Finger rash: It is important to make a diagnosis before deciding on treatment. You could have a contact dermatitis or an infection or a burn or something else entirely. See your doctor for evaluation and therapy. In the meantime cold compresses may provide relief while you go to see your doctor.

Few: There is more than one thing that can cause this.  Dyshydrotic eczema is one cause.  Are there any water filled lesions?
