every morning i wake up feeling extremely nervous. with "butterflies" in my stomach so bad i throw up. is this anxiety? what do i do about this?

See your doctor: Please see a doctor for a full history and physical.  Without more information, listing diagnoses would be little better than guessing.

Your doctor may perform blood tests or refer you to a gastroenterologist, a doctor who specializes in the G.I. Tract.

 Additional imaging with  and upper G.I. Examination orct may also be  helpful.

This would require: medical evaluation to determine the cause. In the meantime, can consider use of crystalized ginger or ginger tea to help reduce symptoms.

i had my premolar removed on 1 week ago tomorrow, i suffer from anorexia and also extreme anxiety and due to this most of the time when i eat a meal i will be sick afterwards but not a little bit quite a lot, will o get dry socket if i throw up a lot?

: IF YOU KEEP AREA CLEAN AND HAVE AND PRACTICE GOOD ORAL HYGIENE THAN NO DRY SOCKET. YOU WOULD HAVE HAD DRY SOCKET BY NOW IF NO CLOT FORMED. RINSE WITH HYDROGEN PEROXIDE TWICE A DAY.

i love my girlfriend, i enjoy in the moment kissing her, but about 5-15 minutes afterwards i feel sick to my stomach and like i wanna throw up, i know i love her but i don't know why kissing her makes me feel sick?

: Does your girlfriend wear make-up-lipstick if you are kissing her lips? If so, perhaps you are reacting to the make-up she is wearing. The next time you are going to be with her, ask her to not wear any lipstick and see if that solves your problem. If it does, then your girlfriend may need to wear a different lipstick since you are sensitive to it. Hope this solves the problem! Good luck!

Trauma: Yes seek medical attention may be nothing more than bruising but more serious things such as injury spleen and liver can occur.

Nope: Usually vomiting empties the stomach completely....

Sure, bur...: May depend on location of endometrial implants and timing in your cycle. If severe or differs from your usual symptoms, call MD. Could be due to something else, e.g. appendicitis  or ulcer

Nasogastric suction: Depends on toxicity of it & timing of ingestion.  "stomach pumping" occurs when an ng (nasogastric) tube is inserted via your nose and into the stomach. Suction is applied so the stomach contents are emptied thru the tube.  This has value in cases of: upper GI bleeding, overdose or toxic ingestions, GI obstruction, prolongued ileus (gut paralysis) after surgery, refractory vomiting, more.
