Painful sex?: The answer to your question will be best answered if i know when the pain started in relation to when you had the sexual encounter.

But, in general pains in the lower stomach are probably not from becoming pregnant and if they occurred at the time of the encounter absolutely not from insemination.

Ambiguity: There is no way to answer this. Headaches and stomach aches are found in nearly all conditions and illnesses.  I would need more information about when you ovulate; when you have your period, and how long they are. Have you missed your period? Have you done a pregnancy test? It says you are a male? Are you sexually active? If so why are you not preventing pregnancy?

Protect yourself: Although you certainly need to be examined for injury, it is usually far too early do damage the fetus. At this point, the evolving pregnancy is very small and probably too little to be near your "stomach."  the uterus is still contained in your pelvis at this stage. That said, protect yourself from significant injuries, it doesn't do anybody any good of you are hurting yourself like this.

Dysmenorrhea vs preg: You could be close to your next period and your symptoms may be part of the premenstrual symptoms. Wait a few/several more days- you may have your period started. Sometimes, depending on your pattern, period can be a bit earlier or a few days delayed-and is still normal. But if you are worried about getting pregnant- buy the pregnancy kit and check it if you still dont have period over the expected.

Pain: Although it is likely you have strained your abdominal wall given your are pregnant and also experiencing pain elsewhere I would notify your OB provider.

Change your diet and: Fluids. Eat a high fiber diet between 20-25 grams per day, regular meal times and drink 80-100 oz of caffeine free alcohol free fluids daily. If you exercise and should add 20 oz per 30 minutes of strenuous exercise. Some meds contribute to constipation so take the meds with full glass of fluid instead of a sip in addition to the above recommended fluids.

Try...: Start eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of water. If you have done so and not working then try Milk of Magnesia, (magnesium hydroxide) Mineral Oil or Dulcolax over the counter. If symptoms persist visit your doctor for evaluation.

my 2yr old has virus. vomiting and upset stomach. the doc called in a suppository. can i give 1/4 teaspoon of imodium (loperamide) also  ?

I wouldn't: That medicine is bitter and of little use at this age. It is likely to trigger more vomiting. I would concentrate on getting things with fluid value into the kid. Things like apple sauce and pedialyte  are appropriate.Making sure that the kids takes in enough to pee every 6 hrs is your main goal.
