Not a problem: I presume that this is because you are ingesting a large amount of b6, probably through supplements but perhaps via diet. B6 is not hazardous unless you take large amounts for a long time, generally 250 mg/day or more, or it may cause neuropathy. High levels just mean you have more than most people but is not dangerous.

Need more info: What was result of testing? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you taking a regular mixed diet you are neither deficient nor with toxicity from B6.

You can : You can take vitamin b 6 but that is not going to impact your ability to conceive. Have you used a home ovulation kit? If you try for 12 months without success you should schedule a visit for testing.

Different issues: Vitamin B6 is different from B12 and in general vitamin supplements are not needed for weight loss. Physical exercise along with diet remain the mainstay of a weight loss program. For high cholesterol statins are most of the time part of the plan.
