Not good, not bad: The chances of a 3 week headache being a tumor are low.  However, a constant headache for 3 weeks is way outside the normal range for routine headache.  It could be hypertension, an abnormal brain blood vessel, stress, lots of things - but 100% you need to get it checked out.  Now.  Good luck.
You're 19 - if you're taking crazy supplements or hormones, this could certainly affect the opinion.....

Spinal cord tumors: Tumors in the central nervous system can often grow very slowly and displace tissue gently.  At some point the tumor will cause symptoms either by infiltration, compression or edema.  Once the symptoms start they should be constant and progressive.  Vascular lesions are much more likely to cause intermittent symptoms..

Depends.: Brain tumor headaches can be steady but can worsen if there are bleeds or if there is worsening of the flow of the CSF drainage or if the intracranial pressure increases due to growth of tumor.

: Symptom can come and go but if there is a specific etiology the symptom will recur. The cause has to be eradicated or treated so the symptom won't recur.

Chronic Pain: It can be difficult to treat chronic pain arising from two locations. A partial tear of the medial meniscus in the knee is most often treated conservatively. I presume you were active or athletic. A uterine leiomyoma or fibroid is a benign tumor that can be painful with enlargement and when they multiply requiring embolization or myomectomy. Do you tolerate NSAID's? Seek a primary care evaluation.

Accepted Answer

PSTT: This type of tumor is rare. Finding someone else with your exact problem is not likely. The chemotherapy regimen you had is the one commonly used for placental cancers/tumors.  One of the meds may have caused nerve damage. Your pain might be due to this. OTOH, your problem might be completely unrelated. I would recommend consultation with a medical oncologist who would be familiar with these probs.

Not likely : It would seem unlikely a tumor would grow in such a short period of time. One might consider other causes such as infectious disease such as sinus diseases among others.  Best talk to your doctor to help point you in the correct direction.

Headache: i would be seen by your physician to get an MRI with these symptoms as well as some blood test to see what is going on.  hope this helps

Constant: The nerves that control the ability of the urinary bladder to contract come from lumbar nerves.  Any spinal deformity that interferes with such neurologic function remains constant and the bladder as such frequently requires catheterization without improvement.

Stop torturing : yourself already. Help is available. Consider  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,  Behavior Therapy, Psychotherapy, Exposure therapy or hypnosis.
