Not permanent: But will be slow to resolve. Adapalene, if you can get it, is good for this and is OTC in US. Retinol might help but tretinoin will do much more. Controlling the acne is essential.

Need for control: Some use the term "high anal sphincter tone" to describe someone who is extremely controlling, exacting, and always trying to be perfect at everything s/he does.  Such people are also highly critical of others, and easily offended. They experience high levels of stress, mostly self-induced. They rarely relax or "let go." learning relaxation practices can help; so might individual ; group therapy.

Pelvic Floor only: Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor, but do not get rid of hemorrhoids. By strengthening the pelvic floor, this might help to get them to decrease in size a bit, however, by improving the circulation in the area.

May be best to leave: It may be best to leave it alone, especially if the low heart rate is not causing any symptoms like fainting. Vagotomy (surgically crushing some of the vagus nerve fibers) as well as vagolytic medications (which block the vagus nerve) are available, but why mess with this unless the condition is causing u symptoms? Count ur blessings, most people die from hypertension &amp; fast (too fast) heart rate.

: No. Your skin color, if uniform, is normal. You may be vitamin D deficient due to lack of exposure to sun. Take 2000 units of vitamin D3 daily to safeguard your bone health. In case you are anemic, it would be useful to take oral iron supplement.

Helps alot: Pelvic floor therapy can be very helpful for many people with these problems. Yes they have to touch the area. No it is not painful. We use this treatment option in our office a lot with great results.

Sunscreen: Given the heat where you live and your skin type unless you wear sunscreen on your face everyday your face will be darker than the rest of your body since that is usually covered by clothes.
