Vaginal discharge or: sperm? Leakage of sperm after sexual intercourse is pretty normal. Can wipe off after sex - so that less ends up in your pants. If your normal vaginal discharge tends to be heavy - you can always add a panty liner.

If : If there is sufficient semen and vaginal fluids, it is quite normal  for some to spill out. It doesn't mean that you don't have enough ejaculate to become pregnant.  It is isn't necessary to have sex twice a day, in fact if you have intercourse twice in a day, the concentration of sperm  in the ejaculate can lessen.  If the desire is to become  pregnant you can look on line under "ovulation predictor" or "ovulation calendar" to help determine when you are likely to ovulate. Follow the instructions and it will help to predict when you are likely to be more fertile.
