Not likely: Firstly, if she is having her period she is most likely not ovulating any time soon, thereby greatly reducing chances of pregnancy. Ejaculating into the rectum also decreases the chance, but be careful in the future. You must make sure none of the ejaculate gets near or in the vagina because it can increase the chance of pregnancy if she is ovulating. You might consider contraception if concerned.

Yes: Most menstrual cycles are between 28-32 days. Ovulation occurs in mid-cycle around the 14th day, but can occur between day 11 -21. Using the 14th day for ovulation, you had sex the day before you ovulated. There are 2 variables to consider. You may have ovulated later than day 14 or the sperm stayed active for 24 hrs. You are certainly in the window to get pregnant.

Maybe. Maybe not.: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If not pregnant, other causes of a late or missed period include:  excessive weight loss or gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (especially birth control pills), hormonal disorders, etc… A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex or 1 week after starting a "weird" period.
