Needs to be seen: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Folliculitis is one possibility. Fordyce spots are another. Visualization is needed

: The simple answer is yes. Bacteria have a "field day" when trapped by tight clothing in a sweaty, sensitive environment like the vulva. The hair follicles present in the labia can allow the bacteria to go deeply into the follicle causing "folliculitis". Make sure that the  lumps are not due other issues by seeing a GYN MD.

Not usually: Labia size is highly variable women to women.  It usually doesn't cause problems for you or for guys.  If the labia is so long that it hangs out of your underwear or swimsuit or causes pain during intercourse, it can be shortened with a surgical procedure.   Best wishes!
