Boils: boils and IUD are not related.  Use warm compress to boil and it may need an antibiotic.  If you shave your armpits then change your razor weekly.

Time to see a: doctor to get some antibiotics and maybe some surgical excision.  This is sounding more serious than a "boil" to me.  Please see a healthcare provider ASAP.

Adjunct only: Tea tree oil is okay as it's a weak estrogen but do yourself a favor and use something in addition that's more effective. Topical benzoyl peroxide and/or retinoic acid are your two best friends; if these don't clear you in a few weeks, or if it's on your trunk, get with you personal physician who can prescribe something that will clear you. Acne's a serious liability and you must manage it.

No: But it helps relieve an itchy scalp. The only known promoters of hair growth are medications like minoxidil and propecia (finasteride).

Maybe: Tea tree oil does have anti-inflammatory aspects, but too much can be very irritating.  Try a very small amount (few drops) diluted into a solution of fragrance-free shampoo for a few days.  If it is getting worse, stop!  good luck!

No: Leave the marks alone. By doing what you proposed, you risk making matters worse. Time will address the issue, in the mean time use make up judiciously.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
