i have acne n i use akneroxid gel in the afternoon and sudocream i use in the night before sleep for dark spot from pimple.. is it good???

Not recommended: First line acne treatment for mild to moderate acne would be anything whose active ingredient is Benzoyl Peroxide.  A gel works best but can be drying.  I would avoid an antiseptic healing cream like Sudocream as this may increase resistance and cause excessive drying of the skin.

Active Acne vs Scars: Do you have active acne no as well? The benzoyl peroxide is a good place to start for acne, and especially combined with Retin-a (Tretinoin). The tretinoin will be long term to controll your acne and help you from having even worse acne scarring. Other combo agents can be used during flares, your derm can prescribe. To treat scars, microdermabrasion or fractional laser depending on severity.

Scientific Rx: What you are doing won't work. Try over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide for two weeks and if you are not clear, get with your physician for something stronger. All acne can be managed nowadays. It's not your fault and you need to address it as a serious, chronic disease that will eventually remit.

Clindamycin: I'm glad you're trying the basic evidence-based meds but it sounds like they're not enough. They often aren't. Your future may include a systemic antibiotics such as tetracycline 500 2x/day, spironolactone (many doctors don't know this one), or (be brave) isotretinoin. We can clear you -- it's just a matter of finding what and how much you need.

Get real treatment: This is the 21st century and stuff that actually works is available by prescription and cost almost nothing. I start with topical Clindamycin adding a retinoic acid derivative if there's a lot of blackheads. If this doesn't clear it, or its extensive, deep, or on the trunk, find the right systemic antibiotic. The oral contraceptive pill can cure a woman's acne and dermatologists have the big guns.

Get seen again: You're on topical benzoyl peroxide and two retinoic acid derivatives and two meds whose names I'm not familiar with. You probably need something stronger. Go back and let the dermatologist know. Managing acne is a long-term project since it's not curable. He/she will probably want to see you and add any of the many possible stronger Rx's. If you're offered Isotretinoin (you have scars) consider it

ive been using treclin gel but not sure if im using it correctly because i haven't been getting great results, what do i do and how do i fix it. im targeting pimples and dark spots that came from terrible acne which started in november of 2022?

: Wash your face with soap and water- dry. Then place pea- sized dabs of the gel on the face at several spots and gently rub it in all over. It may take several weeks to get results. If not better re-consult a Dermatologist. good luck
