Depends: There wasn't stuttering before the injury, correct?  If the temporal lobe of the brain sustained an injury after the trauma, stuttering could possibly be a consequence.

Give it some time: Secondary stuttering may come on spontaneously at this age, last a few weeks or months and then fade. I can't attribute this to a simple head trauma, likely coincidental. Please do not call attention to it as the kid is aware &amp; it gets worse with pressure. If it has not faded within 2 months have him seen by a speech/language professional.

Yes: It is normal to have a headache after a head injury. But there are several things you need to keep track of. It is not normal for your child to have several episodes of vomiting or loss of consciousness after a head injury. Other worrisome signs after a head injury include seizures, irritability, changes in vision or changes in behavior.

Yes: Some balance disturbance or dizziness can be normal following a head injury.  Most patients will have complete resolution of symptoms with tincture of time.  If still present after 7-10 days, you should see your primary care provider.

Neurogenic fever: Neurogenic fever is never normal and is usually seen in severe traumatic injury when the hypothalamus is not functioning properly

Work return: Typically in my practice clearing a head injury for work or activity return involves a thorough clinical history, physical exam and perhaps specialist testing if a concussion is suspected. I cannot comment on your doctor but perhaps he had gathered enough information in the interval office visits that he did not require further testing.

i had head injury two days ago and doctors suggest me to take eptoin 100 mg thrice a day while my cut scan normal. how long i need it.

Talk to your doctor: You probably mean "phenytoin" 100 mgs 3 times a day. This drug, which protects from having seizures after trauma or hemorrhage is commonly used for a few weeks until the patient is either "cleared" from having a serious injury or treated. 
The clearance process includes normal neurological evaluation, and normal MRI scans. You should discuss that with your doctor.

i suffered a head injury about 3 years ago. is it normal to still be getting occasional migraines & to still have issues with short term memory?

Very common : Symptoms of post concussive syndrome are common after head injury and your symptoms are the common complaints of those who have had such injuries.  You can see a psychologist to assist you in techniques in treating it as there is little else that can be done pending imaging shows no structural problem (sdh etc).

More detail: Tough to answer w/o more details. A nose bleed after a head injury is not especially unusual, and may indicate a skull fracture or CSF leak. CSF is usually thin and watery, but can be blood tinged too. If the bleeding persists beyond an hour or so, call your doc or seek out an ER.
Are there any other symptoms? If so, you might want to go sooner (bad headache, nausea, loss of consciousness...)

Not necessarily: I would be concerned for any persistence of headaches more than 2 weeks from a head trauma. Time for a re-evaluation. It may have stirred up another form of chronic headache problem & reviewing the history /exam & possible trigger factors would be appropriate.
