No: Not really.  I'd be more concerned with exposure to excessive x rays. It also matters what kind of anesthesia you had.  Remember,  women have been getting all kinds of medical procedures before they knew they were pregnant and the vast majority have no problems.

Sperm is resilient: Sperm counts are resistant to most of life's variables but can be affected by heat, genetics, chronic genital infection, enlarged veins in the scrotum, testes that descend into scrotum late, hormone disease, drugs, body building supplements, pesticides , radiation, chemotherapy, testicular cancers , tobacco smoke, age etc.

Not likely: Unless you had some complication of the surgery that would have affected your testes, which would be very unlikley, the two should be unrelated.

Sperm count: I would doubt that wifi would affect your sperm count.  However, the heat from the laptop might.  Spermatogenesis can be affected by high temperatures.
