Your brain: Weed is a mind altering drug and just because it may be legal does not make it harmless. If you have tonsillitis you should be tested to see if it is strep throat and treated accordingly.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

So non smoked is safer. It has long been known that chronic daily marijuana use also leads to issues with poor follow through on daily tasks and the "pothead" syndrome that leads to poverty. Lastly, psychosis remains a risk.

Otherwise, the major risks in healthy adult heavy users are lung problems and loss of energy and motivation . Some data suggest lower sperm count and weight gain, but not enough for most users to notice.

External smoke is like cigarette smoke it's bad for your skin.

On the other hand thc seems to have some antiaging properties through being a antioxidant.

I am generally don't recommend a smoking because there a lot of complicated psychological effects.

Also,  marijuana smoke contains ~ 3 times the amount of tar found in tobacco ; 50% more carcinogens.
