Pregnancy test : Easy. Take a test. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Should see your OB: You should have a blood pregnancy test done. A second one should be done 2 days later; the level typically doubles in that time if things are normal.
