Pregnancy: You could be pregnant.  The urine pregnancy tests are usually not positive until about five days after you miss a period.  When the timing is right, then start testing with home urinary test kit for pregnancy.

this is my 3rd pregnancy, no success, i am 6 wks and experiencing some uncomfortable period like cramping with back pain. is that normal?

Cramps: Although not always predictable,  severe cramps are very suspicious for impending miscarriage.   Bedrest with  watchful waiting is the most you can do.  Ultrasound if bleeding doesn't occur in next 48 hrs. can assess pregnancy status.  Possible progesterone deficiency with repeated early miscarriage may respond to future supplementation.

clear water drops and one time small fresh blood spot period like cramping is it labor or something else at 38 weeks pregnancy?

Obgyn evaluation: You will need to contact your Obgyn to arrange an evaluation. Since you are near term you will need to make sure you did not break your water. You could just be dilating and passing your mucous plug. An evaluation will be needed to determine what is going on.

Go to Hospital: When you are having loose stools and cramping in pregnancy, it is important to make sure that your baby is Ok and that you are not dilating. Watch for baby movements and go right away to the hospital birthing center. All will be well. It is better to be safe.

No: There is no way to know if you are pregnant at day 19.  If you are pregnant this cycle, it is likely the embryo won't have even implanted yet, so it would be unusual to have symptoms.

Hard to tell...: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms.

im getting slight and light cramps, never had them like this before...my period is not due for another week but could this be a sign of pregnancy?

Probably not: It is more likely that this is something GI but pregnancy is always possible if you are having unprotected intercourse. If  your period doesn't start on time or isn't normal, check a pregnancy test and get in to get started on a reliable method of contraception. Use condoms to decrease the risk of STDs. Hope this helps some. If the cramping worsens or doesn't go away see your primary care provider

More likely : Ovulation. If it is two weeks before your period is due the cramps are likely a sign of ovulation.
