It is cross reactive with Codeine from cough syrup. 2-4 day in urine, up to 90 days in the hair with chronic use. Gas.

No: The most likely explaination is that she ingested an oxycodone either accidently or intentionally.  Oxycodone is highly seductive, get help for your wife if needed to stop.

Why?: I don't see that you are on this drug but I guess for information only, it could be picked up in the urine up to 4 days after it was last used. This medication can be very addictive and should not be used unless specifically prescribed by a physician and only for the condition it is supposed to treat. Good luck.

: The drug can be tested  positive  in urine       from      2-4 days, depending on the amount. A blood test, 24 hours, a saliva test,1-2 days, and a hair follicle, up to 3 months. Bring RX to show if needed.

YES: You cannot take other narcotics when you are under care of a physician. They will check and you may fail and possibly be terminated from treatment.

Urine drug: The drug  screen just comes back positive for opiates. It doesn't differentiate between different opiates.
