Just orange: Stay away from foods with alcohol. If you want to eat oranges, just eat oranges, not some processed stuff with poison in it.
Take multivitamins and oral iron to ward off anemia, a common occurrence during pregnancy.

Chap stick, vaseline: Chap stick and vaseline are two good moisturizers for lips. You can also use a lip gloss or lip stick as long as there isn't anything in it that would further dry your lips.

Accepted Answer

No: The pill to prevent pregnancy is actually a hormone pill so it is not uncommon for it to disrupt the menstral cycle, however, this does not mean that it worked. She may still be pregnant so i recommend getting a pregnancy test immediately as many women "spot" while they are pregnant.

A little is ok: In moderation only as it  still has sugar and artificial color.  Water, milk or juice would be better choices.

Yes: There would not be any problem.

PPBS: not too bad. Need to watch your carbohydrate intake especially concentrated sweets.

No : your pregnancy test is negative and you have your period. There is not a reason to suspect pregnancy. Consider starting birth control to avoid these scares in the future

Ask urologist: If your stones are a particular kind then you can modify your diet.  Drink plenty of water with the next pregnancy.

Likely ok: Urine that is orange colored during pregnancy - the likeliest reasons are not drinking enough water or something in the diet caused the odd color.  If after drinking more water the color goes back to normal then likely everything is fine.  If it stays a funny color check with your doctor.

i had sex 3 nights ago and now my pee is a dark red/orange color, could this be associated with pregnancy or no?

No: Pregnancy wont change color of pee, but you may have blood or infection that needs to be checked out.
