Are you using hot: compresses for 10-15 mins. 4 times a day? (meaning reapplication of compresses). It shouldn't be scalding hot. This means reapplying it several, many times as compresses cool down in 2 minutes. Most people do not apply it or do it long enough, and often enough. If you have done so, then see your eye doctor. The consistency of the stye is like hard butter. You need to soften it to more like oil.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See an ophthalmologist to be sure.
