No, but...: No, drinking various flavorings of milk doesn't alter one's complexion.  However, milk is part of a healthy diet. Dairy has lots of calcium and vitamin D. So, if one already eats enough animal fats, buy the nonfat milk. Also, if one drinks sugary drinks, and then switches over to nonfat milk (not chocolate nor strawberry-flavored milk), her generally nutrition improves and may get healthier skin.

Avoid seafood: The best treatment for food allergy in general and seafood allergy in particular is complete avoidance of seafood.  In case of accidental seafood ingestion/exposure treatment with Epinephrine can be life saving.  Drinking turmeric with milk will not  prevent, delay or treat a food allergic reaction. Seafood allergy that presents in adulthood is most likely going to be long lasting.

Verify your sources: Sadly, despite a huge level of interest in the medicinal properties of foods, or maybe because of it, there is an enormous amount of false, half true, or exaggerated information on the internet. In regards to CAI in Pomegranate, I found a review article in an Iranian pharmacy journal that cited 2 chemistry review articles, neither of which makes any mention of Pomegranate whatsoever.

See doctor: For the most part home remedies such as you suggest do not work for acne or other dermatological conditions. Your best bet is to consult either your family physician or a specialist otherwise things could become unintentionally more complicated if you are not careful.

Use with care: I can confirm that pomegranate and turmeric contain some carbonic anhydrase inhibitor activity.  However, these do not have enough of this to be clinically useful.  It is much more straightforward to take a small dose of diamox (acetazolamide) instead.  Although it does not work for everyone with PTC, it helps many.  The side effects would be the same if the medicine dose was the same.

i sometimes drink green tea and herbal supplement containing turmeric, milk thistle . i still drink green tea but stopped taking the herbal supplement a day or two ago since i wanted to start my pack of combined ocs. can this affect my birth control?

: No it should not. But taking a healthy diet should be enough. Supplements are than not needed and are gotten rid of the body. You can also save some money
