See below: It’s common for the penis to curve slightly when erect. A small percentage of men may have congenital curvature which is more pronounced. However, abnormal penile curvature associated with painful erection usually due to "Peyronie's disease" which is an acquired curvature due to build-up of fibrous scar tissue. Usually occurs in middle age men but can occur at any age. Recommend you see urologist.

Unclear question: At 18 years of age your penis size is not changing, not getting bigger and not getting smaller. If it hurts to masturbate, use a lubricant like K-Y jelly.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Hernia?: You should get checked by a physician to make sure those lumps are not actually hernia bulges.  If they hurt you may need surgical repair.

To some degree.: During an erection, the outflow of blood from the penile tissue is temporarily blocked.  When blood starts flowing again, you might feel a throbbing sensation.  It shouldn't hurt, however.  If you can't identify anything you're doing during masturbation that could cause pain afterwards, you should consult a physician.  Please don't let self-consciousness prevent you from doing so.

Penis, foreskin: This is not normal. There may be a dermatological process or it's all from trauma and faulty technique. If you have inflammation, chronic itching or eruptions in the foreskin or glans, see a urologist for evaluation.
