Milk interfer absorp: Doxycycline needs to be therapeutically absorbed.  Would be better  if you were treated  earlier. I am uncertain your present symptoms are  related  to lyme.

See your doctor: Acute lyme disease can present with those symptoms and the rash like you described.  You should see your physician for appropriate testing and medication.
