No: While many symptoms a woman may feel could be associated with pregnancy (nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, etc.), I am not aware that a correlation exists that itchy eyes are an early sign of pregnancy.

Not at all : That is not a symptom of pregnancy. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Itchy nipples: Most commonly itchy nipples are caused by dryness and eczema. Try a fragrance free moisturizing cream or petroleum jelly and switching to a mild fragrance free soap and laundry detergent. If that doesn't help, please see your dermatologist.

Can: Yes all kinds of weird tenderness or new sensations are compatible with a pregnancy in early stage. Pregnancy test would be suggested, if you're in doubt.

Not a sign: Vaginal itching and an inflamed vulva are not signs of pregnancy. I suggest you check a pregnancy test 7 days after a missed period. I do not know why you have cramping. If it continues I suggest you consult your doctor

Not likely: Itchiness is not a symptom of a brand new pregnancy. Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. There can be irregular spotting. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time.

See a dermatologist: It is difficult to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to see the condition. I recommend seeing a dermatologist so that they can make a proper diagnosis and give you something to get rid of the condition or relieve symptoms.

Breast tenderness is, however...
