?: I am not sure if there is zofran (ondansetron) cream available? At any rate one drug, dramamine, would be enough, this side effect would wane after some time, if not talk to your doctor about it, either change the dose or prescribe an alternative, wish you wellness

Doxycycline: Typically, people who are prescribed Doxycycline for acne continue on it for more than a 7 day course.     Usually it is a daily dosage and can go on for months.      With only taking 7 days of medication, you may not see much improvement at all.

CREATINE&DOXYCYCLINE: Accoring to the books, crfeatine does not interact with doxycycline. Vreatine should not be taken together with diuretics, tagamet, (cimetidine) probenecid, or with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs like aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and others.

Many choices: There are many of them on the market. I really can't say I like one better than the other. You could also just give him a yogurt with active cultures ( like ActivIa) once or twice a day

Need other drug(s): Usually when these drugs are prescribed together it is because the chance of effectively treating your condition is much high if you take both.  I would suspect the Doxycycline is responsible for the vomiting.  I suggest you contact your provider who can suggest an alternative, either a substitute for one of your current drugs or something completely different.  Good luck!
