No. : There is no evidence that a small amount of caffeine is harmful. Try to avoid during first trimester as there was a study suggesting excess caffeine in early pregnancy may increase the risk of miscarriage.

Should be: The amount of caffeine that crosses the placenta into the fetus is minimal and shouldn't be a problem.  In fact, for premies who have "apnea of prematurity" they do give caffeine to stimulate their breathing.

i've been eating healthily during my whole pregnancy but i also have a coffee (decaf) and chocolate everyday (100/150 gr of dark chocolate). is it bad?

No, not at all: Caffeine, less than 200mg a day is definitely okay in pregnancy.  New studies have come out saying so. Even american college of ob/gyn issued a statement recently stating that.  One cup of coffee usually has around 90 and a shot of expresso, around 75mg.  So you could easily have a double shot latte!  dark chocolate has health benefits and has even less caffeine.  So you're definitely okay!

Absolutely: If you enjoy this as a beverage and you are doing decaf, there is no reason not to enjoy your coffee while breastfeeding. Make sure to get some dairy, however, as you need that extra calcium while breast feeding.

sometimes after drink reg or decaf coffee i get confused, high feel like i've been drugged. feel weird. this isn't all coffee just some. what's up wit?

Caffeine: the caffeine may be raising your blood pressure and making you feel this way. Get checked out by your doctor

Try tea: You may wish to try tea instead of coffee. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Ill from decaf: Perhaps it is a coincidence. Make sure you are not ill from something else first. How many cups/day. A few individuals are intolerant of the processing technique but that is rare.

Not if 3wk after sex: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, vaginal spotting, or medications. A test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a negative result may be due to testing too early such as less than 2 weeks after conception.

No harm: If you can tolerate coffee, it is okay. Do not drink it too hot.
