Not likely: Pregnancy isn't possible by oral sex or through clothing. And by 43 days, if she were pregnant she probably would have other symptoms in addition to missed period, e.g. breast tenderness, nausea, etc.

People at risk ar emore likely to have bad gums or sores in their mouths that provide easier entry for the hiv. It is safer to to use condoms (men) or dental dams (women) for oral sex.
