Most pregnancies tests can detect the pregnancy hormone at 4 weeks (when the period is missed).  Have you missed a period?  If so, Take the test... if it is negative you may still want to see your GYN to discuss menstrual irregularities and birth control if you aren't desiring to be pregnant

If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
