Yes: Assuming that we are talking of naturally occurring sex without the use of objects, some women may still experience bleeding from a cervical ectropion during or after sex. Ectropion is a condition where the more delicate tissue of the inside of the cervical canal is extending over the part of the cervix that is hit directly by an average sized penis.

If you have painful intercourse, there could be a number of reasons.  Vaginal dryness can occur if breast feeding, on the pill or insufficient foreplay. Likely cause is forceful stretching of the pelvic ligaments with deep thrusting.  Try lubricants, increased foreplay and a change of position.

Could be: Ovulation can definitely cause some tenderness with deep penetration. If that's what it is, it should resolve in a few days.

See below: The cervix is a vascular organ and the vessels get engourged during pregnancy.    During intercourse, the cervix can be "roughed up" a little bit and cause some bleeding, typically from small external vessels.    This is normal and the bleeding tends to be very short lived.    If bleeding is heavy, or you are experiencing pain, contact you doctor immediately.

if buckling trauma was experienced during sex, and constant pain is present even 7 days after, but never had swelling or bruising, and still able to hold an erection (albeit with pain), is this a penile fracture or will it get better in time?

Urologist can check: A penis that got hurt but shows no change in shape, size, or color probably doesn't have a "fracture." However, one's primary care doctor can examine, or a urologist can examine, to see if there is anything to worry about. A person can explain to his doctor(s) what happened, as "buckling trauma" needs explanation so doctors can understand the direction and forces of injury.
