Espon salt baths: I recommend you only use them when needed (rash, poison ivy, etc.) and not routinely.  The pH of the bath can cause an imbalance in the normal vaginal flora (mix of bacteria, yeast).  When this occurs a certain type of bacteria can become dominant and this causes the odor.  If that occurs, add yogurt daily and consider seeing your physician for treatment of the troublemaking bacteria.

No: Very little Magnesium is absorbed from topical application while in a bathtub.
No the daily bath while taking Magnesium will not make you overdose in Magnesium. 
Side effect that is commonly found at 800 mg is loose stools. Magnesium is a good remedy for constipation due to its bowel loosening properties.

Yes: Yes it is ok. There is no problem, and it is actually good to soften your stools if you have hemorrhoids.

Yes: Basically the Epsom salts will just help the water retain heat longer while the fragrance is soothing. It will not be absorbed into your blood which is what would be required to alter your system in any way. Enjoy the chance to relax.

Magnesium: Low magnesium levels are much more common. High levels can occur more readily in the presence of kidney disease. However you can take too much magnesium which can cause serious cardiac and neurologic effects. As a supplement don't exceed 400mgs per day. If you're concerned,check your kidney and magnesium blood tests.

Hemorrhoids?: Epsom salts are excellent for this purpose.    Sitz bathes can be helpful. Sit in a bathtub with warm water.  There needs to be enough water to submerge the anal area. Soak for about 15 minutes – several times a day.  An alternative is placing ¼ cup of witch hazel  ; warm water in a basin. Soak for at least 15 minutes, at least twice a day.

Unlikely: Bath salts are not beneficial.

Reasonable to try: There is not much research on this topic, but epsom salt baths are a proven way to get magnesium into our bodies, which most people need more of. Baking soda and essential oils are said to help our bodies to detoxify and I have many patients who tell me they do feel better if they do this when feeling toxic. There is certainly no harm in trying. At the very least soaking in a warm tub is relaxing!
