Carefully!: Piriton is a brand name for chlorpheniramine.  It is an older antihistamine that can be very sedating.  Taking two antihistamines together can cause a lot of dryness.  Taking piriton with Cetirizine could cause significant sedation.  I would caution using these together.

Increased sedation: Piriton is a brand name for chlorphenamine maleate aka Chlorpheniramine Maleate a classical antihistamine whose major adverse effect is drowsiness & prolonged reaction time. Other side-effects include constipation & in older men, urinary retention. Cetirizine (zyrtec) has the same side-effect profile. The combination will enhance these adverse effects. Take only with a physician's supervision.

Also, a two-month old here would be many years too young for combination cough/cold/allergy medications. The US recommendation is for young children not to use medications such as decongestant-antihistamines to treat cold symptoms.
