Usually, yes: Talk to your obstetrician.  In general, if there are no complications with the pregnancy, you should be able to continue all your normal activities--work, moderate exercise, travel, whatever.  However, you should be careful travelling to other continents in terms of vaccinations, contagious diseases, diarrheal illness, etc.

It depends: It depends on the type of pain. Some mild cramping is normal with the stretching of the growing uterus but any severe pain is not normal. When in doubt see your doctor. Good luck.

Yes: Simply - yes.  There are no contraindications.  You are going to be concerned with issues regarding whether modalities penetrate the pelvis and influence the developing fetus.  Or whether somethic can make some systemic change (like a drug does, or perhaps the way a hormone influences change).  Massage is topical, like an ice pack or a heating pad.

Yes: Definitely!  yoga is a great way to stay flexible during pregnancy.  In the first trimester you can do almost any pose. It is a good idea to let your teacher know you are pregnant in the second trimester so some positions can be adjusted.

In a pickle?: If your cravings are confined to things like pickles and not very unhealthy foods-go for it. If you develop gestational diabetes, pregnancy induced hypertension discuss this with your treating OB MD first.
