Psychotherapy: It would be good for you to be evaluated again. There are new psychotherapy approaches to panic disorder that can be discussed with a Clinical Psychologist and new medications that can be discussed with a Psychiatrist.

Yes but: This seems a bit much for anyone. Is there a way that  you can speak to your doctor about streamlining your meds.  The doc is treating you for bipolar issues,anxiety, depression, and sleep disorder. I suggest that you see if this doc or another can put you on a regimen that might help you sleep and still take care of the problem.
Have the doc consider remeron (mirtazapine)

Please let your: Psychiatrist/ prescribing provider know about this.  If these symptoms have developed since starting this medications - it needs to be evaluated. Neither weakness nor visual  changes are tolerable side effects.

Work with prescriber: There are many interactions among these drugs that may increase side effects. Contact prescriber regarding all side effects but especially excessive sedation, confusion, dizziness, lack of coordination, irregular heart rhythm/heart palpitations, difficulty concentrating. Also may experience dry mouth, loss of appetite, sleep disturbances. Best regards for relief.

i have cfs/fm.  i am taking 40 mg. prozac (fluoxetine) daily, 12.5-15mg. trazodone  before bed and 0.5 mg ativan usually 2-3 daily. can i take flexeril with these?

Could/should?: The issue here is whether benefits outweigh risk of increased sedation and feeling even less willing to exercise/move/stretch/live and be active.
Any therapy for this complicated and frustrating disease needs to follow a very patient based, individualized approach.
