What did biopsy show: Your description sounds like peptic ulcers . If biopsy indicate peptic or gastric ulcer gastritis. Etiology must be sought. Avoidance of smoking nsaids, alcohol and treatment of h.Pylori if present. If synptoms persist or accompanied by diarrhea w/u zollinger ellison syndrome could be considered.

You should have been: Eating before you left the hospital. The bone will not spill out, as you put it. 
There is no connection between eating and the bone grafting!

Lingual frenulectomy: A lingual frenulectomy  is the procedure utilized by the physician, usually an ENT , to treat a patient that is tongue tied, a condition called ankyloglossia .  It involves dividing the lingual  frenulum above the sublingual gland ducts (usually in the middle of this structure).   A scissors or a cautery instrument is used to do this and the free edges are sutured together for hemostasis.

i've had wrist arthroscopic surgery done, and now it looks like my bones seperated and they pop all the time and its very painful..is this normal?

Wrist arthroscopy: If you are early in the postop period, you may simply be experiencing pain and popping due to postop inflammation, which should resolve with time.  If you are well beyond the postop period, then you should see your surgeon for follow-up to include x-rays for re-evaluation.

Not normal: Complications from bone marrow biopsy are rare. Continuing pain would be very unusual.
