We can't diagnose: with available information. However, a thorough history and physical examination are necessary. Radiographic and lab studies might also be required. Get this checked out.

See a doctor : You need to see your surgeon. This may be a complication of the surgery and the doctor who did the surgery would be in the best position to evaluate it. If that fails, another surgeon would be the next best thing. Hope this is of some help and you feel better fast.

Seems unlikely: It does not seem likely that having an abortion would have significantly impacted your chronic sinusitis. Pregnancy can worsen sinus problems due to hormonal changes in the mucosal tissue. Seek treatment for the sinusitis.

See ob-gyn doctor...: She may be developing pre-eclampsia or even eclampsia. Fortunately, she is reaching the term and, if it is, delivery is the only cure. So, seek evaluation ASAP for the benefit of her and the baby. Best wish to her safety...

Pregnant?: Pregnancy is always a possiblity.  Purchase a home pregnancy test. Home pregnancy tests generally become positive when you're about 1 week late with respect to your period.  If it's negative, repeat in 1 week.
