Testing is important to determine the treatment and keep you and your partner safe.

Probably: The discharge is most likely due to the effect of large hormonal output in early pregnancy...the pressure is the beginning of enlargement of your pelvic organs!

May or may not be: Your OB needs to examine you as it may be a vaginal infection or old blood at 8 weeks u shoudldsee a fetus with a normal rate htbeat on ultrasound.

It can be normal: Any delay in the onset of a period should be confirmed by a pregnancy test.  Brown coloration to discharge may  indicate the presence of blood,  but it may also be normal.  See your physician to be certain.
