Get checked to know.: Hyperpigmentation can sometimes occur.  The clear slime might be leukorrhea which is a normal vaginal secretion. If you have a change in color, texture, odor or amount of vaginal discharge &amp; problems such as pain, itching burning with urination or sex or redness/swelling  then it is best to see your gynecologist for evaluation &amp; accurate assessment. If it blood that is: Old ; had deoxygenated then it is normal. But if it is a stationary lesion it should be medically evaluated.

Labia: Your labia have melanin producing cells just like you skin.  Women of color are much more likely to have darker labia, but this can also occur in lighter skin women as well.

It's possible: The processing of compounded and/or synthetic substances can result in such a manifestation ; especially if by-products are involved.  The temporal relation of the symptoms to consumption of the medicine is noteworthy.   Having said this, if the symptoms are persistent, become malodorous and/or lose their temporal relation; evalution an ob/gyn is prudent.

No.: Sex should not be painful. Pain during sex could mean an infection, an anatomic problem, endometriosis, or possibly vaginal dryness. If you are experiencing burning and pain after sex (called dyspareunia), you might consider seeing your doctor to evaluate if there is a problem.
