: Leaking semen doesn't happen, but if you are discharging mucus or cloudy fluid, you likely have an STI like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonoccal urethritis. Or maybe it's just urine. Or your just over-worried, as in your other questions about prostate fluid, dusty rooms, and dog treats. Your germophobia and OCD are showing. You probably need professional counseling, if not already in such care.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Difficult question: Ejaculation time varies man to man and event to event. Depends on energy level, stimulation pace, time between events, drugs/meds on board, fatigue, health, etc. Broad range is about 2-15 minutes, with tighter average being 4-6 minutes. Best to do your own research...be safe!

It just does: I think it is more common in younger males. Also the less often u have sex it is more common. If a major problem & it is the same partner there may b a need for a urology visit or if no underlying disease a psychological evaluation may b in order.

Some couples practice tantric sex (check via google) and continue the sex act almost indefinitely. 3 - 5 minutes is proably average, this can be prolonged with deep breathing techniques. To ejaculate before a woman achieves orgsm is common.
