good morning, my daughter throws up since she was born every night. she can go throughout the day drinking her bottle and will be fine, but every night when she lay down she throws up, can something serious be wrong?

Unlikely: Some babies are very good at erping up--some after almost every feeding, and the moms become very concerned that they will not get enough nourishment.  Their worries are usually dispelled by demonstrating that their infants are gaining weight and growing normally.  If your daughter has normal growth and does not appear to have pain, you may stop worrying.

i threw up dark brown stuff
after drinking 2 days ago i had to throw up. not because of dizzyness. i produced high amounts of salvia and then threw up. at first there was small splash of dark brown stuff then it came out normal. i feel ok/good?

: That could be dry blood.  It is good that you feel well and it stopped but if this recurs seek attention of GI specialist and watch the drinking.

Drinking alcohol?: I presume by "drinking" you mean alcohol. You don't say how much alcohol you are drinking, but my best guess is that throwing up is your body's way of telling you drink less. I would listen to it.

Yes and no.: The alcohol that was in your stomach has left the system, but what has been absorbed into your blood stream must be metabolized by the alcohol dehydrogenase system in your liver.  This system clears alcohol at a rate of about 20 mg/dl per hour.

: It should not occur with a small amount like a bubble, otherwise that solution will not be approved for kids' use.

Could be reflux: Stomach distension/reflux are the commoner causes.

No. Give your GI : tract a rest. Try clear liquids,1/2 strength apple juice. If you continue to vomit,you must go in to the ER. You are dehydrated and need IV fluids( can't throw that up) and will be worked up for cause of persistent vomiting. Severe dehydration leads to Organ failure. This is serious.

Exam needed: This is quite abnormal and concerning and since it's been going on for three days, it's time to be diagnosed and treated. I assume pregnancy is not an issue,but appropriate tests will be ordered.

Depends: Asia is a huge area. Singapore has incredibly clean water, laos not so much.Drink water from safer sources than the tap.Expect some GI changes when traveling as common  U.S. Bugs are what your body knows;others may cause minor(or not) problems.

Yes: Throwing up is an emergency procedure that the body uses when desperate. Routinely throwing up is very bad for you in very many ways including changes in body chemistry, potential damage to your food tube and life-threatening injury.
