is it concerning for one side of my scrotum to have much larger veins than the other?

Left varicocele: Veins in the scrotum are usually varicocele. Varicocele is more common on the left side. This has to do with the way the vein course back to heart from the testicle. On the left side it takes a hard 90 degree turn to get to the heart. The right side has a more direct route to the heart. The turn on the left can be an obstacle of sorts and make the veins maintain blood closer the testicle.

after masturbate my veins in left side scrotum enlarge like a bag of worms and pain when i stand more pain when i lie down less pain and back to normal the veins are no longer large and then when i stand again enlarge the veins and more pain?

: You might have a varicocele. It is not related masturbation. Please see a Urologist. In the mean time wear a supportive underwear.

No gas: You don't get gas in your scrotum.  I can't tell you why you're having scrotal pain, but it isn't gas.

Likely, varicocele..: What described could indicate having a prominent varicocele above left testis, which commonly occurs in some 15% of men of various degree. If yes, yours is a big one so being called like a bag of worms, but most of times it still needs no active care except few concerning infertility and symptoms. More? Varicocele: Varicoceles are tortuous veins around the testicle (mostly on the left side). They are deep inside the scrotum and not usually visible unless they are high grade (grade 3-4). If the vessel is on the surface skin of the scrotum, then that is not a varicocele. A simple physical exam and sometime ultrasound of the testicles can diagnose a varicocele.

See a urologist: you might be having varicocele, which is dilated veins in the cors, it is not bad, but it will be a good idea to see a urologist for proper evaluation and advise

Varicocele: Treatment would require surgical removal of the affected veins.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

can feel one bulky veins in scrotum right after standing.more than 80 percent disappeared after started walking slight pain. should i consider surgery?

Varicose veins: Assuming that what you are feeling are veins, varicose veins in the scrotum are very common. Sometimes they increase blood flow to the testes and cause a decrease in sperm count  Usually they do not require surgery unless they cause pain or decrease the sperm count to a level that impairs fertility.
