Yes if testes fixed: Provided testes have been sutured to the scrotum to prevent further torsion episodes. You need a scrotal orchidopexy to prevent future torsion if your  torsion was only manually untwisted to give immediate relief.

Prob NOT physical: This is probably a psychological/emotional reaction to the loss of this body part.  (assuming there are no medical issues and you have been cleared by your physician.)  most likely a short-term psychotherapeutic 
intervention will help you feel better. 

This is an especially important area to you.  Just talking with your father may also help.

Depends on pain: There is no contraindication to having sex -- although there are two caveats: you may have blood in the semen (ejaculate) -- but, if you don't look, you won't see it;  you may have pain in the scrotum or be sensitive. I suppose if you are not too vigorous or bouncy, you should be fine.  If there is a suture, you cannot get it wet until they have been removed or it has healed -- so think about that.

Shorten Life?: Not a threat to life. Are they really missing? Does he say that they have never been there or has he had a urological procedure?  This may or may not have sexual performance issues but would depend on what is going on.  If it is an issue have him seen and examined by his doctor.

Pain after ICSI ?: Pain is the only obstacle to masturbation after ICSI extraction.  Should not be harmful "five days after" same.

See a urologist: If you have a bell clapper you could also elect for an orchiopexy prophylactically to make sure you don't develop a torsion. This is especially true if you've hard intermittent pain on that side.

Torsion: Torsion is the twisting of the blood vessels supplying the testicle to the point where no blood flow is present.  If it is not diagnosed or treated within 4-6 hours the testicle may not be salvaged.

May need surgery: It's possible that your other testicle will never undergo torsion but having had one with torsion does increase your risk; if treated within hours will not need removal but surgery can be done to prevent the other from torsion. Fortunately we have 2 and one is usually adequate for fertility and sexual function. Have Dr. check testosterone levels but herbs like Ashwagandha and Ginseng should help!
