Beazyme for leg swelling: Beazyme is used for inflammation. For how you noticed leg swelling?, wen it started? did it improved at any stage? do you have numbness on the skin? along the legs-sole of feet? Have you ever had trauma? Did you had imaging studies? using ultrasound/Doppler?
Are you short of breath? are you overweight?  can you walk with or without pain?

See details: Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple juice and may function as an anti-inflammatory agent. Papain is an enzyme found in papaya and is used as a meat tenderizer. Avoid the papain.

Not at all: Many vitamins come in multiple forms with many in one capsule or pill.  Your body will absorb what it needs and there is no harm in combining them.

: Reschedule eating the papaya or taking the covid vaccine; it means you plan to eat the papaya anyway and looking for an excuse to avoid taking your COVID vaccine. It is possible to do both so enjoy your unripe papaya, I actually enjoy the not fully ripe ones too, but do go and take the sheduled vaccine, the latex should not affect it.

May a be good idea: This may be a good idea because you don't want to take two medicines that have anti inflammatory activity but Excedrin PM does not have an anti-inflammatory NSAIDs it has acetaminophen or Tylenol  since the Stelera is use for psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis do you have rheumatoid arthritis or not? These guidelines are still OK for psoriatic arthritis

Unsure: Here in the US products pass stringent tests before going to market, not sure about where you live. There isn’t enough scientific evidence to determine whether or not bromelain is effective for any of its uses, Papain is also used in some toothpastes however, its whitening effect is minimal.
